I send greetings and best wishes as you, the faculty, and staff on UESAN"s 5lst birthday to be celebrated on July 25.
It is a particular pleasure as the founding Dean to observe and declare my appreciation for the extraordinary progress, development, and geographic outreach of UESAN. Your handsome campus with so many impressive buildings stand as testimony to your success. To observe so many intelligent attractive students of all ages using the beautiful facilities confirms your institutional accomplishments.
It is clear that UESAN and its leadership and faculty have far exceeded the hopes, the dreams, and the aspirations of the founding Stanford faculty. I salute you, Mr. Rector and all the UESAN family as you begin your second half century of institutional life, accomplishments, and contribution to the economic development of Peru.
