Our academic proposal integrates a global approach to the local context through international courses taught throughout the program. These courses are taught by guest professors from prestigious foreign universities in Latin America, the USA, and Europe. In addition, our students also have the opportunity to live an international experience during their study trip. -

MULTIPLE CERTIFICATION
Participants obtain a master's degree in "Organization and Management of People" awarded by ESAN University and certifications for the concentrations offered in the program.

* The courses "Trends in Talent Recruitment and Retention" and "Digital Organizational Transformation" will be taught by Universidad Carlos III (Madrid).
Note: The specialties are optional. To complete the academic curriculum, the participant needs to complete one specialty. Upon completion of the curriculum and credits, participants may take an additional specialty from the program options.

The specialty is developed in tandem with the ESC Clermont, France. Courses that lead to the Specialized Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Innovation are taught during the international trip.

* The courses will be taught in Spanish or translated simultaneously and delivered by ESC Clermont. The certificate will be awarded by Gestion des Ressources Humaines avec une approche européenne and is part of the Double Degree option.
Note: The specialties are optional. Participants must complete one of the specialties to complete the academic curriculum. As a benefit, upon completion of the credits and subjects included in the curriculum, participants may take an additional specialty, choosing among the options offered by the program.

Duration and Schedule

Duration
24 months, plus the thesis or research work period.
Schedule
Virtual courses will take place every Wednesday from 7:00 pm. to 10:30 pm. And Saturdays from 3:00 pm. To 6:15 pm.
Face-to-face courses* will be scheduled on intensive weekends**: Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 am. to 5:15 pm, and Sundays from 8:00 am. To 11:15 am.
*One course per intensive weekend.
**Depending on the specialization chosen, there may be between 3 and 4 times during the program.
Propaedeutic workshops, international courses, final exams, and class rescheduling have a different schedule than the set schedule.
Note: The program is subject to the completion of the group with the minimum number of duly enrolled participants. To date, and by the provisions of the National Superintendence of Higher Education (Sunedu, for its initials in Spanish), the reactivation of face-to-face academic activities is not yet authorized. Therefore, the master's degree classes may begin synchronously through the virtual e-learning platform and under the same schedule and frequency as the regular program. When health conditions permit -and the Central Government authorizes the resumption of face-to-face activities of the educational institutions- Universidad ESAN will issue an official communication on the resumption of its face-to-face classes. With these provisions, the institution seeks to guarantee the safety and health of its students, faculty, and administrative staff.
