ESAN Graduate School of Business seeks applications to fill 5 full-time positions as Tenure-Track Professors in the fields of Marketing; Operations; Finance, Economics & Accounting; and Management & Human Resources. The School provides conference and research funding, a teaching load reduction, a vibrant cultural environment, and a variety of other benefits that make these very attractive appointments.

Candidates must have a PhD degree from a prestigious institution (or be near completion) in one of the fields stated above or related disciplines. Candidates are expected to show a clear commitment to research and actively contribute to the design, delivery and assessment of courses at the graduate level. Preference will be given to candidates with a record of publications in high-quality peer-reviewed journals. Candidates should be able to teach classes in Spanish.

Applications shall be submitted until March 15th, 2018. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a campus visit in Lima. Appointments will begin in June, 2018.

It was the first academic Graduate School of Business Administration created in the Spanish speaking world. It was founded on July 25th, 1963, under an agreement between the governments of Peru and the United States of America.
